This web portal will help you communicate with your government about what documents you need. All requests and responsive documents are viewable here online.

To ensure University operations continue in an effective manner and that risk of the spread of COVID-19 is mitigated, for all Open Record requests submit through our portal by clicking the Make Request button or by fax at (405) 325-9034. For questions on how to navigate NextRequest portal you may email us at openrecords@ou.edu for assistance. Questions regarding a certain request will need to be made through NextRequest portal.

Walk-in requests are welcome at our office, 339 W. Boyd St. RM 416, Norman, OK, Monday-Friday 8 am - 5pm
